Synopsis:
An atheist, Manjunatha (Arjun Sarja) who marries a didactic believer Kathyayini (Soundarya). Kathyayini is successful in progressively turning her husband into a believer of God and religion. Manjunatha turns into patron of charities and discharges his religious duties with devotion. During a ceremony to appease Shiva (the three-eyed God), Manjunatha picks up sacred food meant for the deity and feeds it to a beggar who is about to die from starvation. Manjunatha is cast out by the community for what is perceived as an act of sacrilege. But he remains unfazed and continues to help the needy even when Death stares him in the face. Manjunatha is unaware that the Gods are testing him. Yamadharmraja (Lord of Death) remains helpless as Manjunatha dies. Lord Shiva, in the guise of an old man, arrives to end the misdeeds of the pseudo believers.
